Fish Tacos

Time-15 Minutes
Ingredients
Two Fillets white fish, (walleye or pike work very well)
Paprika
Cayenne
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Peppers
Tortillas
Tomatoes
Avocado
Lime
Directions
Season the fish with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne
Cook the fish in a cast iron skillet until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break the fillets up into small bits
Dice the tomatoes, peppers, onions and avocado toss together in a bowl with lime juice
Assemble the tacos
