Fish Tacos



Time-15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • Two Fillets white fish, (walleye or pike work very well)

  • Paprika

  • Cayenne

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion

  • Peppers

  • Tortillas

  • Tomatoes

  • Avocado

  • Lime

Directions

  1. Season the fish with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne

  2. Cook the fish in a cast iron skillet until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break the fillets up into small bits

  3. Dice the tomatoes, peppers, onions and avocado toss together in a bowl with lime juice

  4. Assemble the tacos
