Knot Tying: Improved Cinch Knot
The improved cinch knot is an effective knot to attach a hook, lure or leader to the line. It again works very well with braided, monofilament or flourocarbon line.

Step 1. Thread the end of the line through the eye of the hook and create a loop.

Step 2. Twist the end of the line around the main line 7 to 10 times.

Step 3. Pull the end of the line through the loop near the eye of the hook. Creating a loop near the top of the twists.

Step 4. Pull the end up and through the eye at the top of the twists.

Step 5. Pull the knot tight by pulling on the hook. Trim the end of the line.
