Knot Tying: Triline Knot

The Triline knot is my go to for tying hooks, leaders and lures to line, it works well with braided, mono and flouro carbon line.

Step 1: Thread the end of the line through the eye of the hook.

Step 2. Create a loop in the line

Step 3. Thread the end of the line through the eye of the hook again.

Step 4. While keeping the two loops by the eye, twist the end of the line around the entering line 7-10 times.

Step 5. Pull the end through the two loops.

Step 6. Pull the knot tight by pulling on the hook. You may need to pull down on the twists to make sure they are tight. Trim the end.
